Product Overview
This Front Bezel Cover is used as the front facia of GE SAM (Smart Anesthesia Multi-Gas) Module assembly. The SAM Module provides analysis of respiratory and anesthetic gases when used in conjunction with the GE patient monitors. This compact module provides CO2 waveforms and automatically identifies anesthetic agents and quantification. The 4.483 X 3.247 X 3.048 inch front panel is mounted on the housing of the module and comes with pre-molded vents and ports for COMM, Exhaust and Pump connectors. The panel is made up of GE Lexan 920R material which is an amorphous Polycarbonate resin of low viscosity. This flame retardant grade (94V-0 Flame Class Rating (3)) possesses high mechanical, optical, electrical and thermal properties.The front bezel offers good impact resistance, outstanding dimensional stability and good clarity. It also exhibits decreased smoke and lowered toxic gas emissions.The bezel is processed by injection molding and is suitable for electrical applications. The front bezel of SAM module comes with a color that is matched to Munsell N6 with beautiful SPI/SPE #3 finish that enhances the overall aesthetics of the module. The bezel will be shipped in suitable packaging to provide adequate protection during transit.
