Product Overview
- DRU MARS PC USB DONGLE REPLACEMENT
- DRU=REPAIR DEPOT ONLY USB Dongle Replacement will be handled using the exchange process through Depot Repair service requests similar to SEER recorders
- A Repair Depot service request must be opened using the serial number of the existing dongle
- The customer will need to enter the new option codes into their MARS system after receiving the dongle
- The new serial number will replace the old serial number in the Serial Number activation code web site
- If the customer claims the existing dongle has been lost, it will be noted in the Service Request and will follow the advanced exchange process
- Parallel dongle replacement/upgrades to USB dongles should be handled by ordering a MARS v7 Upg Kit w/USB Dongle PN 2027092-001
